园本课程|STEM,让孩子喜欢上编程 In Programming Class
在近日举办的国际人工智能与教育会议上,作为联合国教科文组织“教育的未来”国际委员会成员,经济学家林毅夫指出,面对第四次工业革命,人工智能、数字革命会给每个国家和社会提供很多新的机会,年轻人应当具备掌握新机会的能力,幼儿和青少年的教育内容也必须有所针对。
In the international conference on artificial intelligence and education held recently, the famous economist Lin Yifu pointed out that artificial intelligence and digital revolution will provide more new opportunities. Young people should equip with the ability of seizing the new opportunities, even the children and the youth should be educated with that.
什么是STEM游戏化编程?
STEM代表科学(Science),技术(Technology),工程(Engineering),数学(Mathematics)。STEM教育就是集科学,技术,工程,数学多学科融合的综合教育。STEM游戏化编程以非常直观的方式,用游戏化的方式吸引零基础的孩子学习,这种方式符合幼儿的认知能力,对学生有很大的吸引力。并且通过积木式编程方法,可以使教育目标集中于对孩子的逻辑能力、思维的缜密性、提高创造力,和对数学、科学等学科的触类旁通能力的开拓。
What is STEM? S means science, T is technology, E is engineering, M is mathematics. STEM is a comprehensive education involved multiple courses. STEM game programming class will show the knowledge in a direct, simple and visual way. It is very attractive to the children because of its game way. The class will help to improve the children’s abilities, for example, their creativity, their logical ability and so on.
为什么要学习STEM游戏化编程?
幼儿编程可以说是当下热门的教育话题之一,随着人工智能的不断发展,给孩子学习编程也逐步进入了每一位家长的选择之中。但有些家长就要问了“孩子将来又不是当程序员,有必要学习编程吗”,又或者我们可以这样问:“我们为什么要学编程?”其实,幼儿编程教育是通过机器人编程,可视化图形编程等课程,培养孩子的计算思维和创新解难能力的课程。幼儿编程教育并不是要培养未来的程序员,而是让孩子能掌握新科技并应用新科技表达自己,由科技时代的消费者转变为创造者;同时,幼儿编程是培养小朋友思维能力的理想载体。所以学习STEAM游戏化编程对于成长中的幼儿来说是很重要的。
Programming class is a very popular topic in the society. With the fast development of artificial intelligence, more and more parents start to choose programming class for their children. But there are still some parents doubting the necessary of having this class. Actually, as we mentioned above, the class will show the knowledge and steps in a direct and visual way, so it is a good way to help the children develop their thinking ability and logical ability. The class is very important to the growing children, even they do not want to be a programmer in the future.
属于附属幼儿园的STEM游戏化编程是怎么样的?
我们附属幼儿园的特色园本课程:STEAM游戏化编程,是通过玛塔机器人多方面的运用来学习游戏化编程。玛塔机器人通过多学科的融合能唱绘画,搭建更多故事的可能性,它不仅是孩子们的音乐启蒙师还是孩子们的数学绘画启蒙师,孩子们可以角度编程块,几何,绘画同步学。
This class is one of our characteristic school based curriculum. The children learn the class by Mata Robot. The robot has many functions which can help the children to learn programming, drawing, geometry at the same time.
附属幼儿园专门结合室内、户外环境建构属于本园特色的STEM课程,如“花园农场收获季”、“和马塔机器人畅游工学院”,设置闯关游戏手册,内容由易到难,循序渐进,让孩子们在游戏中学习编程,做到玩中学,学中玩。
It provides the maps that are designed according to our school maps. For example, it has a map about the farm in the school. It sets up the games about breaking through the barriers. The children learns when they are playing these games.
我们旨在通过幼儿的个别化、探究性学习,培养其复述、比较、分类、归纳、评估和实验等关键思维能力,以及创造性、问题解决、协同合作等学习品质。我们希望每个孩子都能积极的动手学习,平衡以儿童为中心和成人指导的活动,以满足儿童的需要。
We want to develop their abilities of retelling, comparing, sorting, concluding, assessing and experimenting. We also hope them to be creative, and able to solve the problems independently and learn to cooperate. We hope all the children can manipulate to learn and achieve their needs.

美国加州理工学院儿童中心创办者苏珊老师说:“如果能在孩子的早期教育加入STEM的理念,那么孩子在日后学校的学习会更轻松。”我园作为STEM教育理念的践行者,期待孩子能在STEM游戏化编程学习中真正的动手动脑,学习合作、独立思考。
Susan Wood, the founder of Caltech children’s center, said, “ The children will learn easily at school, if they join the STEM education in the early time before they go to school.”. As the practitioner of this idea, we hope the children will learn to use their hands, learn to think, and learn to cooperate in the STEM class.
