幼小衔接|家长可以做什么?

幼小衔接是幼儿园与小学教育衔接,也是幼儿在其发展过程中所面临的一个重大的转折期。其核心是该年龄段幼儿怎样有效的从思维方式、学习习惯、社会技能等方面适应小学生活,顺利实现幼小衔接。

The period that children graduated from kindergarten into primary school is an important transition in their life. The core is helping the children transit their thinking way, their learning habit, their social skills to adapt the primary school.

附属幼儿园大班的小朋友们于本月开始“无缝衔接”附属学校的小学课程,为此,我们特邀请附属学校小学部语文教研组长邓少儿老师为大班的家长们带来一场讲座《幼小衔接:家长可以做些什么?》。

This semester, the children in senior class start to do some preparation for the transition to Grade one. We invited Ms.Deng, who is the Chinese teaching team leader of our primary school, to give us a speech about what the parents can do to help the children transition.

一年级(小学)和幼儿园有什么不同?

教育性质:幼儿园教育属于非义务教育,小学教育则属于义务教育。

课程设置:幼儿园课程是综合性的,小学课程则以分科为主。

教学方式:幼儿园教育是“教养并重”,小学教育则是“以教为主”。

教育方法:幼儿园的教育方式以游戏为主、小学则以课堂教学为主。

Character of Education: kindergarten education belongs to non-compulsory education but primary education belongs to compulsory education.

Course setting: Classes in kindergarten are comprehensive course, but in primary are divided subjected course.

Teaching method:kindergarten emphasizes both on teaching and nurturing, but primary emphasizes on teaching.

孩子需要提前做好哪些方面的准备?

首先,“准小学生们”要养成良好的生活习惯,具备一定的生活自理能力,培养良好的时间观念与规律作息的习惯,有较强的安全意识。

其次,在学习习惯和学习品质方面,应有必要的知识储备,会倾听和表达,有效的专注力和阅读习惯。

最后,在性格品行方面,要有乐观的心态,具有人际交往能力和抗挫折能力。

First of all, these ‘pupils-to-be’need to form good living habits. That means they have self-care abilities, form good sense of time and safety and regular daily routine.

Second, they need to have a certain degree of knowledge. They know how to listen, express and concentrate. They have reading habits.

At last, they should be positive. They also need to have social abilities and anti-frustration abilities.

家长又需要做些什么呢?

让孩子规律作息,提前适应小学的生活节奏,了解目标学校的作息时间,提前让孩子适应节奏,按时睡觉、起床。

Get familiar with the routine of the target school in advance. Help children regular their daily routine to adjust the target primary school.

放手让孩子整理和照顾自己的物品,自己的事情自己做。

Leave the children alone to tidy and take care of their own things.

帮助孩子养成阅读的习惯,阅读先于识字,重培养阅读的兴趣和阅读的习惯,尽可能多识字,结合生活识字,激发兴趣。

Help the children to form good reading habits. Reading goes first before learning words. Stimulate their interests in learning words and help them to remember as many words as possible.

培养孩子的专注力、引导孩子学会倾听和表达。

Help the children learn to be concentrated and learn how to listen and express.

培养人际交往能力,会分享,会交朋友,会管理好自己的情绪,能初步具备解决冲突的能力。

Develop their social skills. Help them learn to share, make friends and manage their emotion. Develop their abilities of solving problems.

培养抗挫折能力,正面引导,积极面对,感受小学生活的美好和丰富多彩,产生美好期待,为成为小学生感到自豪。

Develop their anti-frustration ability. Make them feel proud to be a pupil.

孩子需要学习的不仅仅是知识本身,而是掌握学习方法,会游戏,会主动尝试,会失败、成功,会重新振作起来,会探索,还会结交朋友,知道如何控制自己的情绪等各种不同的技能,这些才是真正促进学习的能力,也是预测孩子能否在二十一世纪经济中取得成功的关键要素。

Children not only need to learn about knowledge, but also need to master the learning methods. They should know how to play, to try initiatively, to fail, to success, to stand up again, to explore, to make friends and to manage their emotion. These are the real abilities to improve their learning.

附属小学、初中部周志高校长说:从2019年秋季学期以来,厦门市部分九年一贯制试点“五四制”,厦门工学院附属学校是其中一所试点五四制的九年一贯制学校。“五四制”指的是小学五年,初中四年。实行五四制,是符合学生身心发展规律,有利于减轻学生过重学业负担。幼儿园家长不必为“五四制”的实行而感到焦虑,目前小学一二年级不执行,从三年级开始进行五四制课程的整合,调整课程计划,对教材进行重新组合。

About transition class, the principal in primary school said: since the fall of 2019, some of the nine-year education schools in Xiamen have tried the “Five+Four” system. Our school is one of them. “Five+Four” means five years in primary school and four years in junior middle school. This system is in line with the law of students physical and mental development. It will reduce the over learning burdens of the student. But it will only be carried on from grade 3. So the parents in kindergarten should not feel worried about the system.

附属幼儿园陈惠珊园长说:孩子从幼儿园进入小学,都面临着巨大的改变,这就像孩子在上幼儿园之前,也需要做好入园准备一样。作为K15学校,幼儿园大班加强与小学部的密切联系,与小学部联合成立幼小衔接课题组,制定合理的幼小衔接课程方案。本学期我们主要采用“走进小学”的方式,带孩子感受小学的升旗仪式、参观图书馆、体验小学课堂教学等一系列活动、激发孩子们向往小学的愿望。

About transition class, the principal in kindergarten said: children will face big challenges when they graduated from kindergarten into primary school. It’s just like the first time they went to the kindergarten. They also need to do some preparation. Our school is a K15 school. So we can work with our primary school to make a plan about how to help the children prepared for grade one. In this semester, our plan is bringing the children into the primary school so that they can get familiar with the activities and places that they will do and stay in the future.
