《幼儿园教育指导纲要》在指导要点中指出：“社会学习是一个漫长的积累过程，需要幼儿园、家庭和社会密切合作、协调一致，共同促进幼儿良好社会性品质的形成。”家委会是幼儿园与家庭合作、沟通联系的重要纽带，对幼儿园和幼儿的发展起着关键作用。为了进一步促进家园互动，更好地助力幼儿成长，近日厦门工学院附属学校幼儿园召开第二届家委会会议。

The Teaching Guideline for Preschool Education has pointed out: Social learning is a long-term process which needs the school, family and society to work together, to help the children build good social attributes. That is the reason why our school build the school parent committee. It is an important link between school and each family. Recently, our school has held the first school parent committee meeting of the semester.

1、早操观摩

Watch Morning Exercises

早操活动是幼儿强身健体的有效方式，能近距离观摩孩子们的早操活动对于家委们来说是一件开心的事。

Doing morning exercises is an effective way to help children improve the health and strengthen the body. It is a happy thing to the members of the committee to watch children’s morning exercises.

2、园务交流

School Affairs Communication

幼儿园陈惠珊园长对家委的到来及支持表达诚挚的感谢，与家委们一起回顾了2019学年幼儿园的各项工作，并详细介绍本学期我园的特色课程和工作计划。

Our principal Huishan Chen expressed sincere thanks and warm welcome to everybody arrival during the meeting. She also reviewed the work of the past year 2019 and introduced the special classes and the new plans of the school.

3、家长沙龙

Parents Salon

伴随着第二届家委会的召开，我园邀请资深讲师窦珺女士与大家分享P.E.T父母效能训练。通过思考“幼儿园家长的那些烦恼事”，引发家委对亲子关系问题进行讨论和分析，在培养孩子自律方面，窦珺老师也提出了建设性意见与方法。

We invited the P.E.T teacher Dou Jun to bring the members a lecture about How to develop children’s self-discipline. They discussed about some problems between children and parents. Teacher Dou provided some advices and methods for them.

4、颁发聘书

Present Letter of Appointment

会议最后，陈园长为各班家委颁发家委会聘书，相信在大家的共同努力下，定能形成合力，不断提高家园共育的品质。

At last, the principal presented the letters of appointment to the committee members. We believe with the work of us, we will improve the teaching quality.
