幼儿教育是一件很复杂的事情，不是家庭一方面可以单独胜任的，也不是幼儿园一方面能单独胜任的，必须要两方面共同合作方能得到充分的功效。

        Early childhood education is very complicated. It is not that the family can do it alone or the kindergarten can do it alone. It requires the cooperation of both parties to get the full effect.

        家庭是塑造孩子健康人格的第一环境，如果说幼儿园教育是“阳光”，那么家庭教育则是那丰沃的“土壤”，只有二者更好的结合，才能让“幼苗”们更好地成长。

        The family is the first environment to shape the healthy personality of children. If the kindergarten education is "sunshine", then the family education is the “fertilized soil”. Only the better combination of the two can make the "seedlings" better growing up.

        2019年11月29日，厦门工学院附属学校幼儿园举行了第一届家委会成立工作会议。每位代表怀着一颗乐于奉献的心，怀着一颗“一切为了孩子”的心走到了一起。

        On November 29, 2019, the kindergarten held the first meeting of the establishment of the family committee. Each representative came together with a willing heart of "all for children".

        园级家委会是由班级家委会代表组成的群众性组织，是家长参与幼儿园管理的重要组成部分，是家长和幼儿园沟通的桥梁。园级家委会的成立能更好地推进我园的家长工作，使家长们了解幼儿园，参与幼儿园的管理。同时也让幼儿园了解家长们的需求，帮助家长们树立正确的教育理念，更好地形成教育合力。

        The kindergarten family committee is the organization composed of class family committee representatives. It is an important part of parents' participation in kindergarten management and better for the communication between parents and kindergarten. The establishment of the family committee can help parents develop their work in the kindergarten better and help parents understand the kindergarten and participate in the management of the kindergarten affairs. At the same time, it also allows kindergartens to understand the needs of parents, help parents to establish the correct education concept, and better form a synergy in education.

01、2019年幼儿园年度工作汇报

        陈惠珊园长讲解家长委员会成立的意义和作用，随后回顾2019年度幼儿园开展的各项活动，并介绍本学期的重点工作。
         During the meeting, the principal explained the significance and role of the family committee, and then reviewed the activities of the kindergarten in 2019, and introduced the key tasks of this semester.

02、幼儿园食品监督管理介绍

       会议第二议程，我园保健医生向家委们介绍幼儿园“后厨管家”系统，此套系统从供应商资质审核、食品采购查验及验收过程高清图片展示、仓储库存情况及保质期提醒到餐点留样与否。园领导实时掌控，确保幼儿伙食的安全。

       During the meeting, our doctors introduced the system called  "back kitchen butler"  to the family committees. This system ranges from high-quality picture display of supplier qualification review, food purchase inspection and acceptance process, storage inventory and shelf life reminders to whether meals samples are left.  The leadsership of the kindetgarten have real-time control to ensure the safety of food for our children.

03、家委成员自我介绍及干部自荐

        大家好！首先，我很荣幸能作为孩子代表在这里发言，我是小A班的卓煜洋妈妈。今天很高兴能和大家坐在一起，在这里我想说三个词：一是感谢，二是享受，三是热心。

一是感谢。

        感谢幼儿园领导，让我们家校共育迈上了新征程。同时，也很感谢老师这学期对宝宝们的辛勤培育。

二是享受。

        这是一所富有韵味的城堡式幼儿园。附属幼儿园有一种味儿叫做“暖味儿”，每一位老师像妈妈一样默默地奉献自己，用爱温暖着每一颗幼小的心灵；有一种味儿叫“趣味儿”，每一位在园的萌娃们，都充满着童真童趣；在这里，有西方文明与传统文化碰撞的“范味儿”，充满着浓浓的仪式感；在这里，文明礼仪、安全演练、行为习惯，一派“祥味儿”；在这里，均衡的膳食，多样的品种，可谓色、香、味、型俱全，幼儿们充分享受着视觉的欢愉、味觉的快乐，体验舌尖上的“美味儿”；在这里，创意的双手、曼妙的舞姿、悦耳的歌声，童心演绎最“雅味儿”的校园。

三是热心。

        作为家长很希望了解孩子在幼儿园生活中点点滴滴，我很喜欢本园的亲子活动，工作上安排得了的时候，我都乐意参加，感受一下小孩在幼儿园里的快乐。我个人喜欢放下上班族的身份，尽情享受幼儿园里的欢歌笑语，回味一下久违的童年生活环境。在这里，既拉近了老师与家长的距离，又调动了孩子的情绪，自己都觉得是一种无言的享受。

        我没有什么特殊的才能，但我有一份爱孩子、喜欢老师、信赖学校的热忱，如果我做了家委会主任，一定会做好下面的工作：

1.配合学校做好家长的协调沟通工作； 

2.积极参与学校日常事务的讨论，出谋划策； 

3.协助老师做好班级工作；

4.协助学校促进家委会开展各类工作。 

       希望可以和大家一起做好家委会工作，给孩子们提供一个更好的学习环境和发展平台。我相信：在学校、家庭和社会的共同努力下，我们的孩子一定能够健康成长，学校的明天也一定会更加辉煌！

       家长们用真诚的话语表达了对幼儿园工作的支持与肯定，也特别感谢各位家长对老师们工作的协助与配合。

        Parents expressed their support for the kindergarten in sincere words, and thanks for all the parents for their assistance and cooperation in the work of the teachers.

        经过家委成员们的一番自我介绍，大家有了初步的认识，也拉近了彼此之间的距离。

        After the self-introduction of the members of the family committee, all the members started to know each other better.

04、颁发家委会聘书

       陈惠珊园长为家委成员颁发聘书，家委们接过聘书，便代表着接下一份荣誉和责任。

        The principal issued the letter of appointment to the members of the family committee, and the family members who accepted the letter of appointment also represented the next honor and responsibility.

每位家长都是孩子的守护天使，

期待在幼儿园、家委会和各位家长的共同努力下，

为孩子搭建一个更加安全、健康的成长空间。
