幼儿园| 用妈妈的爱做饮食 Meal Made with Love

        为了加强幼儿园饮食安全管理,增强幼儿园食堂工作透明度,我园从办园初就实行了“明厨亮灶”工程,从食品源头开始,把好厨房食材每一道关。

        In order to make sure that our children enjoy their every meal, the kindergarten has implemented the “Bright Kitchen” project since the very beginning. Let’s start with the ingredients.

        每日早晨6:30,厨师们开始他们一天忙碌的工作。保健医生对每位厨师进行晨检,合格后方可进入工作岗位。验货、摘菜、洗菜、切菜,进入一天的工作流程。

        At 6:30 every morning, the chefs start their busy day. The doctor will conduct a morning check for each chef before entering the kitchen. Then they would start to work.

我们的餐厨师正在有条不紊地制作午餐。

        厨房每出一道菜品,保健医生先行试吃,保证味道符合幼儿年龄特点,并留样保存48小时。

        Every dish is served in the kitchen, the doctor will try it first to ensure that the taste is suitable for children, and keep the sample for 48 hours.

        日常管理看板:食材索票索证,餐具清洗消毒记录,厨房人员健康证、厨房人员每日晨检记录、每日紫外线消毒记录等详细记录了厨房操作要求。

        All the reports and records are diaplayed in the Kitchen Board: food ticket claim, tableware cleaning and disinfection records, personnel health certificate, kitchen staff daily health check record, daily UV disinfection record, etc.

You can see every corner in the kitchen through the big screen.

        通过一系列的食品加工原则及规范,确保了幼儿园饮食的卫生、品质、安全、健康。用妈妈般的爱呵护宝贝们的快乐成长。

        Through a series of food processing principles and norms, the hygiene, quality, safety and health of the kindergarten diet are ensured. Every child enjoy their meals.
