俗话说“民以食为天”，对于正处在生长期的幼儿，饮食更是至关重要。因此，我园把食品安全放在首位，办园初就已取得“食品经营许可证”。

Food is very important to people, especially to the children who are still growing up. Our school always put the safety of the food first, and we’ve got the Food Production License since the school started.

在供应商选择方面，通过层层筛选、复核，最终选择符合我们高要求的食材配送单位合作。要求食材每日新鲜配送，当日食材当日用，不留任何库存。

We carefully chose the food and ingredients supplier. We require the food and ingredients must be delivered every day and no stocking for any ingredients or food, to make sure there are fresh ingredients to cook each day.

疫情防控期间，所有食材在进入厨房之前，都要对外包装进行消毒，拆除原包装，换上专用更换菜篮，整齐的摆在货架上，等待被唤醒。

Before the ingredients put into the kitchen, we sterilized the packages of them. Then we unpack them and put them in the specialized baskets in order, waiting for cooking.

新鲜的食材总是带着难以抵挡的诱惑，看它们色泽莹亮、青翠欲滴，闻一闻，果香浓郁、让人对其即将完成的美食充满想象，欲罢不能。

The principal even pay a lot to buy an intelligent system to manage the kitchen. The system includes a visible intelligent balance, a computer terminal, a phone terminal and a big monitor screen.
