篮球是一项深受孩子们喜欢的运动,让孩子们玩篮球,并不是为了表演、比赛,而是为了促进孩子的身体发展,更是根据孩子的年龄特点和体能发展水平,简化篮球运动技术而形成的一项幼儿体育运动形式!

Basketball is very popular with the children.  we ask the children to play basketball,  not for performing or competition,  but for improving children's body fitness. It's also a kind of children sports simplified  from basketball according to their ages and body development.

Theory of Our Class

ONE

篮球带给孩子阳光、自信、快乐、坚强,具有极大的趣味性,是一项非常吸引孩子们的运动。篮球有多种多样的玩法,能让孩子们玩出乐趣、玩出创意、获得健康!我园注重幼儿一日活动的多样性、趣味性,为了增强幼儿的身心健康,尤其重视幼儿的户外体育运动,凸显体能的教育特色,在本学期增设篮球特色课程。

Basketball is a very attractive sport, which is interesting and brings happiness and confidence to the children. There are so many ways to play basketball. Some of them can be very creative. Our school pay attentions to the diversity and enjoyment of the school daily activities. In order to strengthen children’s health, both physical and psychological, we take the outdoor activities very seriously.  we invite the basketball class to the school.

        The children have their own views on basketball.

       学习篮球可以增强幼儿身体素质(包含力量、耐力、速度、灵敏性、柔韧性、平衡能力和协调能力等),提高幼儿抵抗疾病的能力。

        It will improve children’s physical fitness (including power, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance, etc.) and their immunity.

球类运动一直深受孩子们的喜欢,孩子们从小接触篮球,协调性与精确性都在不断完善。篮球运动涵盖了走、跑、跳、投等多种身体运动形式,能全面、有效、综合的促进身体素质全面发展,保持和提高孩子的生命活力,简化篮球运动技术而形成的一种幼儿体育运动形式,将为孩子的运动打下坚实的身体基础。

Ball game is always popular with the children. Children playing basketball can help improve their body coordination. It is very efficient in improving children’s physical fitness and keeping their vitality, because it’s a sport that includes a lot of different kinds of movements, like walking, running, jumping, casting, etc. To simplify basketball skills into a sport fit for the children, will lay a very solid foundation of the children’s body condition.

FOUR

阳光运动,快乐篮球。经过不断地学习训练,宝贝们掌握了基本的篮球运球技能:原地运球、行进间运球、双手拍球......通过对篮球技能全方位的训练,宝贝们的手脚及身体发育都得到很好的锻炼与提高。

Let’s run in the sun of autumn. Let’s basketball with full of joy.Children learn the basic skills by practicing, like, standing dribble, ect. It also improving their body coordination.

The small basketball, the big dream. We believe as long as we pay, we will harvest. Children will harvest both health and confidence by the basketball class.

The famous psychologist Williams James said, “ Sow next activity, harvest a kind of habit. Sow next habit, harvest a kind of personality. Sow the next personality, harvest a kind of destiny.” We can help the children form a good habit of doing sports by the daily basketball practice.
