幼儿教师专业成长是提升幼儿园教育质量的重要途径。为了把更好的教育理念、教育环境带给我们可爱的孩子,给孩子们提供更优质的教学内容,12月7日至12月15日,我园老师参加了为期九天的蒙特梭利教育学习。本次培训特邀上海蒙特梭利教育进修学院院长张幼珠博士、高级培训师蔡美慧女士、黎家仪女士给老师们进行详细指导。
The professional growth of preschool teachers is an important way to improve the quality of kindergarten education. In order to bring better educational ideas and environment to our lovely children and provide them with a better teaching content, our teacher participated in a nine-day Montessori basic class training on December 7, 2019. Dr. Zhang Youzhu, Dean of Shanghai Montessori Institute of Education and Continuing Education, Ms. Cai Meihui, senior trainer, and Ms. Li Jiayi, the trainee teacher, are invited to give detailed guidance to the training.

张博士邀请老师们解答“(a+b+c)3=...”,通过蒙氏教具“三项式”工作满足了老师们对蒙氏教学的好奇心,由浅及深地介绍了蒙特梭利的生平、蒙特梭利教育的哲学方法、人类发展的四个阶段(时期)以及敏感期等内容,让我们进一步理解蒙氏教育的理念,认同蒙特梭利博士的智慧箴言“我们不应该停留在孩子的不足上,我们必须关注在孩子的潜力上”。

蒙特梭利教具,即蒙特梭利工作材料,是蒙特梭利教学法环境的六要素之一。教具的设计顺应儿童的敏感期,充分考虑了使用的年龄和范围,具有层次性和逻辑性,能够帮助儿童生命的自然成长,心智的自我建构,实现系统的感官训练,让儿童在操作过程中发展自我潜能。蔡美慧老师以直观、具象的方式向老师们展示了蒙氏教具的魅力,耐心、细致地指导大家操作教具,让老师们真正地体会“蒙氏老师是科学家”的精神。

教师预备与班级管理 Teacher preparation and classroom management
教师预备与班级管理是蒙氏教育中的重要一环。黎家仪老师从真实的案例出发,向老师们介绍了蒙氏教学的优点、蒙氏幼儿园的一日流程、教师观察、班级经营等内容,并且围绕老师们在日常班级管理中遇到的问题进行答疑解惑,她用简短的七个字“持续温和而坚定”概括了作为一名老师应有的班级经营理念。
Teacher preparation and classroom management are an important part of Montessori education.
